This page explains how Aegispeak uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how we process personal data collected through forms, subscriptions and analytics.

It covers website data only. For client engagements, NDAs and security architecture work, we use stricter controls that are set out in our contracts and data processing addenda.

What We Collect When You Use This Site

We do not sell your data, and we do not use website data to train any AI models.

  • 1. Usage & analytics data – pages visited, clicks, time on page, browser type. Used to understand which content is useful and to improve the site.
  • 2. Contact & enquiry data – name, email, company and any message you send. Used to reply to your enquiry and keep a basic CRM record.
  • 3. Newsletter / updates sign-ups – email address and subscription preferences. Used to send you security and product updates, only with your consent.
  • 4. Technical logs – IP address, timestamps and error logs. Used for security, fraud detection and debugging issues.

How We Use Cookies

  3. Location – Our primary hosting and processors are based in country/regioncountry/region. Where data is transferred internationally, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.
